About Me

Before any other information, it's important for you to know that I don't have social networks. No instragram, facebook, twitter, LinkedIn or any other existing in the world (except Couchsurfing and Whatsapp).

Bolt, my homeless dog would love to host you here! He is so spoiled! 😌

I’m living in São Paulo since 13 years and I was born on Mato Grosso do Sul, one of the wonderful Brazilian places. Have travelled to 31 countries around and I know +2000 cities and places. It’s a suck privilege to have many experiences on my backpack! Life is so generous with me.

I believe I have a mission in life: to free the people of my country for the possibility of generating income. That's why I founded a Collaborative Economy Fintech that develops peripheral economies.

I am an introverted person who was challenged to be sociable and communicative traveling and hosting many people at home. I'm doing really well with this.

You are very welcome to my way of thinking, living and sharing life. And I hope to welcome your experiences, ideas and stories. Doesn’t matter how different we could be, I hope to make another friend in Brazil and around the world.

Feel free to text me and ask whatever you need to me. I will do my best to answer you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To learn, to improve myself, improve my knowledges, make special friends and traveling even if I’m at home.

I made some great friends through Couchsurfing. I made such special friends by welcoming them at home that I can't imagine what my life would be like without knowing that these people exist in the world. I changed beliefs, opened my mind and heart, learned about lightness, learned to cook typical foods, laughed a lot and cried too.

I exercised the languages I speak, improved in all of them, learned amazing stories and kept wonderful memories for a lifetime. I'm here to continue traveling with the people I receive at home and to increase my happiness.

Interests

Music, cultural festivals, volunteer programs, cinema, local histories, people and their way of life are things that cheer me when I travel or go to somewhere, even in my city. I also like extreme sports, hiking, beach and sun. Funny thing is that I prefer to travel to places with snow, even though I love the climate of Brazil.

And traveling is the thing I love to do the most in my life. When I travel, even within Brazil, what I'm looking for is to know more about myself, understanding cultures, languages and allowing me to expose myself to people and receiving what they have to offer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will say three things:

1. I built a company that is already 12 years old
2. I traveled 31 countries (this year 2021 I will complete 39 countries)
3. 10 years ago I adopted a young lady 14 years old; now she’s 24 and lives happy and alone.

Teach, Learn, Share

To stay at home I have five rules:

1. Not using drugs in my house
2. Smoking only on the balcony
3. Do not bring strangers (except with my permission and on specific occasions)
4. Teach me how to cook some food from your country.
5. Leave your shoe at the door when you enter and follow the basics of safety and health for this moment of COVID

What I Can Share with Hosts

Life stories, lessons to be undertaken, teaching Brazilian food recipes: from simple rice and beans (as we do here) to more elaborate recipes.
