My name is Juan and im originally from Argentina, but I lived most of my life in Seville (Spain) where I studied my Fine Arts Degree. I started travelling and volunteering around 3 years ago. So far I've visited the UK, Italy and France, where I spent most of the time traveling around citys and learning the languages. I play drums since i was 16 but unfortunately its kind of difficult to travel with such a big instrument, so every now and then i look for rehearsal rooms and play for a few hours (I'm also looking for a band... just saying) I love this life and I hope in the near future I can also accommodate people in my own place, until then I'll try to continue making friends, also visiting and learning as much as posible. Let me be your guest, you wont regret it. :)))

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

My brother told me about this website, and I immediately found it very interesting and usefull to meet new people and to travel around without the pressure of having to stay longer, as this is meant to be for a short term. Although I'm a member since 2014, I havent use it until now, I wish I'd discovered it before. As i said in my description, it makes me want to start accommodating people in my own place and helping others to find the best places in the city I live.

I love challenging my beliefs and discusing interesting subjects, it is crucial when im trying to make my own ideas, and practising some critical thinking :DD
I always wanted to be a film director (yeah, one of those crazy dreams) becouse of it and becouse I enjoy empathising with characters i'm a film lover (specially dramas), it has been such an important tool to understand life, that it is defenetly something more than just an excuse to eat some popcorn.
But by far music has been my closest friend troughout every phase of life. From electronic music (classic and new staff also) BOC, Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Rezzett, Autechre, Mount Kimbie... to stoner rock, doom metal, piano jazz, some old classic blues, blues rock, psychedelic...
