Interests

I play the Bass guitar and the stand up bass in a 4 piece garage rock band, I am a visual artists concerned with current global issues. Making works of art is my compulsion, my sanity, my balance. I also practice capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that is based in a no violence, no contact philosophy. I counterbalance this with yoga and good eating.
