Mom of 4 beautiful grown up daughters, grandma of 2 lovely girls, traveled a lot when I was young, hitchhiking and all, met a lot of people which I love. And than I raised my children mostly on my own, so not a lot of time to travel, but we did go on holidays every year. I teach Italian, and in summer work as a tourguide boatbike travels, in Holland, Belgium& France. I'm living by my self in the Eastern part of Holland in a very tiny but lovely house with 2 gardens.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me travelling- apart from going on a holiday - means getting to really know the local situation, so that's why I'm on couchsurfing. I did do couchsurfing on an interrailtrip with my youngest daughter in 2022, in Switzerland, Italy and Albania, all on her account.
I really hope to find some nice interesting people here.

Reading, sauna, cooking, going out, hiking, watching movies, yoga, learning new things, walking around, doing nothing, playing pingpong, traveling long distances by car or train or whatever.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

travelling through Australia with my youngest daughter, raising 4 daughters by myself, our dog, life 6 months in Sardegna, few months in the middle of nowhere in Portugal.
