ABOUT ME

grew up in a small town but traveling a lot for peace activism. Home schooled, but went to college because I love to learn. I play the Bodrahn, the Irish frame drum, and am singing with friends more and learning guitar chords. I love to dance to Zydeco music, salsa music, and love old-time fiddle music that I grew up around. I mostly love all kinds of music and I love to dance. I spend a lot of time with friends kids and or helping out with different community stuff. I'm hoping to travel and volunteer different places, some of which don't have friends living in them where I could stay- that's why I'm hoping to make some couch surfing friends!

PHILOSOPHY

All life is sacred- we need to respect and care for the earth and one another. Life is short and should be enjoyed, not in a way that prevents others from doing the same.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't done this yet... I'm new to couchsurfing as a member, but I have family members and friends who stay at and offer couches. Had a really neat experience meeting a couchsurfer on amtrak on my way to texas and then eventually getting to hang out with his couch surfer hosts who were really awesome folks and that made my trip to TX even better :)
