I'm Francois,21years,and I come from Belgium. I study journalism and communication in Belgium. I'm in Australia with the working holiday visa. Working,travelling and having fun !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me the most important thing when I travel is to understand the culture of the people. This is why I don't like to stay in hostel. I prefer to stay with locals. This is the easy way to understand a country,in my opinion.

Interests

I do a lot of sports ( grass hockey,soccer,..). I play guitar for a long time. I study journalism and I work as a student journalist for different newspapers in Belgium.
I like travelling,I want to discover the world and the nature.

For me Bob Dylan is the number one. After that, i like music like Dire Straits,Pink Floyd,...
The best movie for me is Into the wild. I think it's because this movie that I'm travelling now for 6 months in Australia and New-Zealand.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived for three weeks on an inhabitated Island in Finland. Great experience to learn about yourself
