I'm Arthur, a 26 years old french guy, I've been travelling in Asia for the 10 past months and I'm now heading back to France for new adventures.

I love changes, I started my professional life as a project manager in a digital agency in Paris, but after a year I felt the need to start something new, so I attend a 3 month web development bootcamp, then I join the team for about 6 months cause I wanted to help new students go through this adventure with success.

After that I decided to move a bit and start a trip in SEA. It was supposed to last 4 months but I ended up discovering scuba diving so I decide to stay in Thailand to become a divemaster, then I decide it was time to move on and I took the road again for a Laos / Vietnam motorbike tour, was definitely a great idea !

I'm now back to Paris, but already thinking about my next one

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I know that the best moments in a trip are with people!

Talk with people, eat local food with people, drink local beers with people (very important), chill with people, discover new landscapes with people...

It's always better to discover a place (city, country) through the eyes of a local and with a local

Interests

During my everyday life :
I love to read books (I mean a lot of books), I'm also a music addict (not playing but I love to listen) and I jump on every occasion to go to a concert with my friends :)
I'm really into web development and I like facing new challenge, build new project.
I'm also trying to catch life moment through my film camera eye.

When travelling :
BOOKS again, but when I told you I loved books, I really do! But I'm oldschool dude, no kindle for me, I'm always carrying kilos of books (what a great idea..) with me, cause I love to swap with people, of give a book I liked.
Also Scuba diving, I mean depends on the trip, but I'm now a bubble addict
Nature, I love people but I also love to be lost in nature, hiking for hours to find a spot, and chill here, with my hammock, few friends, and a lovely sunset
