Swimming, somatic movement - yoga, 5 rhythms, Feldenkrais, nature (absolutely love trees), camping, hiking, travel, photography, and just simply really love a grounded and connected conversation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycled and camped 2300k from Dunkirk to Oslo, battling with broken tents/ bikes and allergic reactions to wasp stings!
