About Me

To peek at the sunlight from the shadows of the cave

Moved around a little in last few years, having lived in Berlin, Rome, Prague and Hawaii but back in London now.

To try to keep evolving a little every now and then. To try and not judge as we all tick differently due to our own personal circumstances and history and to try to see more importantly how essentially the same we are.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet up with Coach Surfers in Rome for socialising.

Pretty cool. Was a little skeptical when I first heard of it. Thought that it might just be a load of stoner, hippie dudes, freeloading and saying 'can i crash on your sofa dude?' Actually meet some really interesting and cool people. Love the altruism that shines through many people that I have met.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent 6 months on a Hawaiian Island where I saw a lot of amazing natural beauty. Working as a reporter I was lucky enough to be made feel very much part of the community. Saw a different way of life very different from the consumer, status orientated world that I was brought up in.

Living in Berlin was also an amazing experience as it really is such a cool and special city.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think the best thing about experiencing different places and different people is learning that we may live in different parts of the world but we are all connected in a lot of ways.

What I Can Share with Hosts
