started the natonal tardive dyskinesia tardive dystonia national asssociation. met psychiatrists and neurologists around country -doubted i could do it rejected at harvard, u of pennsylvania and long island jewish but in the midwest u of pitttsburgh, u of illlinois and loyola in chicago said we believe in you-it was a tosssup 3-3 then i went to chapel hilll u of north carolina and augusta and both southern doctors joined, when i returned to seatttle, over 150 doctors from around the country joined in 6 months. so i am used tgo gettting dooors slammmed in my face.have that tenacity .
