Prepare for my trip to South Africa where I will be doing my master thesis from the beginning of April till the end of June. Back to the roots, ooh yeah!
Adventurous, independent and impulsive, I'm always looking for a new challenge in life and go out of my comfort zone. I think this is partly due to the fact that I had a very adventurous childhood growing up in Durban, South-Africa. I see my self as a very creative person. When I was young I used to spend hours and hours a day drawing and painting and still paint a lot. Open minded to different cultures and lifestyles and enjoy learning and talking about cultural/political differences and views. I try not to judge people before really getting to know them. Very chaotic in everything I do but also goal orientated. I think it is very important to always have a goal in mind to live towards. After my Master in water management I would like to work for an organisation that contributes to solving the drinking water problems in developing countries such as South Africa.
Skateboarding and painting are my two biggest passions. Love traveling very adventurously (by my self as well as with friends). Love going out, especially to places where there is a lot of dancing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most beautiful and surrealistic landscapes I have seen were the Lofoten Islands, in northern Norway. This was in the summer of 2010 when I went hitchhiking through Scandinavia for 5 weeks by my self.
