Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
New to the CS project, I participate by surfing and hosting a few in Toronto.
My first experience was in Ramallah, Palestine and thats when I got hooked to CS. My next was Amman, Jordan and WOW, I couldn't believe how hospitable they were. Ofcourse, I don't expect this every time but I'm only young once - why not experience the traveling community now.
Traveling (obviously!!), graphic novels and almost any sort of creative expression. Politics, reading, dancing, writing short stories, traveling (duh).
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: K-OS (shout out to Toronto), GMMF, Erica Badu, Farouze, Tribe Called Quest, Common, many many more
Movies: Babel, Dirty Dancing "nobody puts baby in the corner", Paradise Now, Slum Dog Millionaire,
Books: Political Biolgraphies and philosophy books
