ooooh, ALL about me? not in this space my darlings! In a nutshell, I love alot.
I'm curious and want to learn about hearts and minds. I embrace conflict as the doorway to compassion as long as it is handled well.
I believe there is enough love for everyone as long as we're dedicated to cultivating it.
I'm adaptable. I love to dance. I like getting older!
There is enough for all of us - sharing is caring.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've just begun, and am travelling a little for now, but hope to host once I get back home to NS. I think this is a wonderful way to expand ourselves and our understanding - to learn from and teach each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
so far... for me it was amazing backpacking 4 hours into Pollet's Cove in Cape Breton, NS. After a gorgeous (and strenuous) backcountry hike in - my first backcountry camping trip commenced with the most glorious thunder and lightening storm I've ever witnessed. We watched it coming across the water - saw it first on the horizon over Prince Edward Island and then watched it advance until it was right on top of us. Spent the night laughing and being woken from a shallow sleep by HUGH claps of thunder and brilliant flashes of lightening. Survived the night to wake to horses grazing outside our little (and incredibly sturdy and dry) tent.
Can't wait to do it again!
Teach, Learn, Share
oh my goodness, I love to cook! My parents are both amazing cooks and I didn't pick it up until i moved out on my own (they were so great, i was daunted by the challenge!)...
Also, I'm a COMMUNICATOR and a great encourager of developing that skill.
and i've been working as a facilitatator and in social justice (particularly with youth) for the past 7 years... I love learning and teaching new facilitation styles and tools!
