ABOUT ME

How does one begin to describe themself in a paragraph? I'll point out the good stuff.

I love to learn. I especially love to learn from meeting new people and being introduced to new cultures/ideas. I have a craving for understanding. My ideal day is a book at the beach with close friends. I want to travel the world. I would love to move to a tropical place one day and just live off the land. I want nothing to do with the "American Dream".

PHILOSOPHY

I believe we're all people and therefore all the same. I believe life is short and should be enjoyed optimistically. I believe in the power of love because I've seen what it's accomplished.

I just learned about this so for now I'm participating by trusting another person enough to sleep on their couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have none yet but I look forward to having one! The whole idea is really amazing to me. I'm quite impressed and hope I can muster the courage to actually give it a try. Life is far too short to not live.

Interests

Love watching movies! Especially Jim Carrey, Adam Sandler, and Edward Norton movies!

My favorite author is C.S. Lewis even though I wouldn't call myself a christian. I believe he is a brilliant author/philosopher. I love to read about concepts/theories and biographies of the greats.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I see amazing things in nature all the time. Breathtaking things. I think the most amazing thing I've ever done is loved someone completely.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not exactly sure what to do here. I know a lot about physical health. I suppose I could share that.

Being healthy is important. Our bodies are the best tool we'll ever use. Eating right is essential. Exercising is life changing. You feel great and look great. It's absolute win/win situation. Not only that but you can exercise by doing what you love. Go surf, play tennis, go for a nightly walk, yoga, a fencing class, etc. Whatever you like but just get out there!
