ABOUT ME

I'm 5 feet 11inches tall & relatively slim-well all things are relative as we get on a bit.. I now live in New Zealand (since 1962)but I remain stubbornly British, without being too chauvinistic about it.Good table manners,blue eyes trim beard though follically challenged on top.I'd say I was 'well preserved'but - all things are relative.Good food and the odd bottle of red wine I like but won't expect my couch hosts to provide.I expect to be in Carlisle 1st week Sept on the 70th anniversary ofthe start of world war two starting- one of my earliest memories !
