life has taught me many things, but Anyway I don't feel comfortable extracting the essence of my philosophy as the priority and is still to be understood.
At the moment some ideas that are really important to me are:
don't worry about things you cannot change;
live your feelings to control your thoughts;
if you are stressed out reframe the importance of the things you do;
