About Me

CURRENT MISSION

my mission this time around is to do what I can when I can to make things a little bit better. Mostly I do union organizing, community gardens, community bike shops, shamanic growth, and live responsibly.

ABOUT ME

living for the sake of living. I kind of just fly by the seat of my pants. I've traveled more than some and less than others. Mostly I work on getting back to what I really am and on the side I do union/community organizing, garden, do music, laugh, get lost, make friends, and try to be a good friend.

PHILOSOPHY

own up to your own actions, don't screw people over, and remember what humility is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, 6 years of couchsurfing and constantly moving pretty much sums is up. Some good, some bad, some amazing, some not so much. I usually sleep on the floor because your back sort of forms to the road after a while if ya know what I mean.

Interests

play guitfiddle, sing, harmonifuck, ride my bike, garden, read, explore, meditate, do yoga, and push the envelope.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: movies about workers' struggles, The Big Lebowski, Spun, The Last Unicorn, Care Bears: The Movie, Street Fight.

Music: Mastodon, High on Fire, Gwar, Iron & Wine, Devendra Banhart, Happy Nice Weather, Willie Nelson, The Highwaymen, Dolly Parton, Sigur Ros, Bjork, Sonny Boy WIlliamson, Robert Johnson, and so forth and so on

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've come a hair away from being dead 9 times. I don't even know where to begin...when I was drinking and didn't have any money, I would go to bars and sell my real-life stories for booze. I could go all night without repeating one or making one up.
