HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are CS adventures in 2009 and have loved every minute! We're still a bit transient but we plan to post a couch when we finally settle down somewhere full-time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've surfed in New Zealand and across the US. We've also met tons of great CSers (official and not) along the way. We love meeting new people and give big thanks to Couchsurfing.org for making this possible. All of our CS experiences have been fantastic!

MOVIES
Josh - anything with Will Ferrell, action flicks, scary movies or 'psychological thrillers'
Megan - none of the above (with the exception of Elf), intellectual movies, romantic comedies

MUSIC
We both like a wide variety including rock, country, alternative, folk, 80's, etc. We're enjoy learning about new bands and seeing live music of all kinds.

BOOKS
Josh - Anything by Jon Krakauer!
Megan - Lots of the stuff on Oprah's book club list is good. I like books with well-developed characters and setting that bring to life the time/place/culture I'm reading about.

Journeyed through the Swiss Alps and countryside, visited Mayan temples in Mexico, volunteered on a Native American reservation in Montana, circumnavigated both islands of New Zealand, road-tripped across the US, interned at an eco-lodge in Arizona, volunteered at a surf camp in Costa Rica

Teach - We both like to share info we've learned, from getting healthy and fit to finding the best deal on airfare. But we also welcome debate!
Learn - We thrive on learning new things and want to developing a better understanding about different cultures, people and ways of thinking/doing.
