Aside from the fact that I dislike writing these, I am an open-minded free spirit that loves activities. Seriously. If I could be social and active 24 hours a day I would. Unfortunately I find that time (schedule), nature (sleep), and resources (money) sometimes prohibit me from being the best energy-ball I can be. But I get by.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my latest visit to South Korea, I was in Seoul for a conference. My hotel was on the side of a mountain and during my stay climbed to the top of the mountain during a monsoon. It was surreal. Trees were falling around me, I've never seen the wind so violent, and I was surrounded immediately by raw nature while below was this massive city.
