About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To cram it all in, to not stop too often, but to know how to relax and be peaceful, to explore, to finish some of those books i started, to leave london one day, to feed people well, to work oiut how to make money from doing something i love

ABOUT ME

I run a secret restaurant with a friend in London and want to know how to make it full-time. I'm getting there. I live opposite a beautiful park, currently covered in snow, with views over London. Apart from 3 phenomenal years in Brighton as a student, I have always lived in London, but one day will summon the courage to live somewhere where I can eat my breakfast outside every day.

PHILOSOPHY

Aim high. Hold on to the things you love, be grateful for what you've got, don't rip people off, recycle, etc etc...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe, in somewhere as anonymous and often challenging as London, in building communities with neighbours, fellow city-dwellers and foreigners. I like the idea of helping someone out for a night, and letting them in on London's most exotic, colourful, energetic and creative neighbourhood (and without a doubt the best pizza this side of Rome.)

Interests

I love sharing hearty meals and too much red wine with friends at a kitchen table, with good music, cigarettes and laughter. Crude humour all the better.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am currently obsessing over the incredible David Lynch's Twin Peaks and am embarrassingly partial to food and property programmes (but that's only because I've just bought my flat). In truth, I barely watch TV but love world cinema and modern and post-modern literature.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm. I can teach you how to cook and would love to learn to make a dish from any corner of the world...
I can teach you how to dance to live ska music, and would love to learn a tango...
