Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love to meet new people. I tend to stay in hostels when I travel, because of the chance to meet people from around the world. I think Couchsurfing aids in creating a world community.

Interests

I hike, camp, and love the outdoors. I love city events like music shows, the symphony, art museums, etc. I do yoga, and I'm a vegetarian.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read fiction. I love most music. I go to at least one music show/month. I like comedies and dramas for movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Nicaragua to learn about the Fair Trade coffee industry--stayed with a family there, and planted my own coffee tree!

I'd like to practice my French and Spanish. I can assist someone with speaking English. I'm happy to share my surroundings in the city or nature.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will share (with my hosts) a zest for life, an open heart, travel stories, and an enthusiasm for going new places/meeting new people. I can also make you a great vegetarian meal!
