About Me

I CAN ONLY HOST WOMEN. Sorry guys, but I live with 2 others girls, and I don't want to bother then.
Also, I'm kind of a feminist, and as some guys thinks that couchsurfing is the new tinder, I host girls traveling alone to save them from potencial "just hosting you because I want to f*uck you" jerks.
Please understand. But I'm up for a meet! =D

Any way, I'm a brazilian architect, getting a master degree in Italy, living in MILANO for now. (fucking website didn't let me settle this right)

I speak english, italian, portuguese, and understand some spanish.

I'm interested in get to know different places, mainly people. I try to learn anything new everyday.

People are those who have built the place and the culture around that, so they are the most important part of a city, sometime I heard that you can only really get to know somewhere if you know the people from there... =/

I love eat, sleep, series, travel, drink and read. Not exactly in this order.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's interesting to know people with a different thought than your, it opens the mind. I think people make the place, and the world is too big to be stuck in a place. These is a type of knowledge that we can apply in my day-by-day life. I don't know who said it, but there is a phrase I like: A mind that is open for a new idea, never goes back to the original size. I think is it, or something like that.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorites bands are Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden, Metallica, AC/DC, SOAD, lately Arctic Monkeys, and all the types of rock'n roll. There are also some brasilian bands that, if you do like rock'n roll you should listen: Charlie Brown jr, Raimundos, Matanza, and the MPB singers are surprising me lately, really, they are amazing.

Best movie I ever seen is definitely The Godfather. All of them. Really, this is amazing. Also I loved The great gatsby, and I have a plan, I saw one list of the best 100 movies ever and I'm trying to watch it all. I've seen 9 until now, and counting...

My favorite book is One Hundred years of solitude, Gabriel Garcia Marques, he is a genius, I did my final thesis about it. But lately I've been reading books from Bukowski, Hemingway, Fitzgerald (this guy...), Nietzsche. And yes, I read philosophy books because I like it. And I'm a bit weird.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done was go study in Ouro Preto, Brazil. We kindly call the city 'neverland', because of the fraternities culture that only exist there! For us, the house you live in, the people you live with, the friend you make there is most than just to have fun during the college, they stay in your life forever. There is much more about these culture, but I can't write here, is too much. =)

Teach, Learn, Share

Pratice english and italian if possible.
I would love to learn more about poker. Really.
Cook, I love that, I find it therapeutical.
I wish to know more about whisky, wine and beers. Preferentially by tasting it. =D
I can share what I know about photography, and how an urban designer see the city. or just try to share.

and, I don't know, I have much more to learn than to teach I think.

What I Can Share with Hosts

So, as I said i love to cook, so I can share some of my weird experiments that went right, but also some typical foods from wherever I remember. But typical are boring, I like to try new things.
I've been traveling a little, so I have a few funny stories to tell, and a few not so funny as well...

I have a great sense of humor. Really, I'm funny, and modest! =D
