Hi! Im Tahia. Im about to have (yes, at 28) the first solo trip OF MY LIFE! Generally Ive visited many countries in America but in family mode, to those places where they give you a bracelet and you can drink, eat, dance, play sports, sing, swim, etc, as much as you can... Well, I do that, all of that, so it hasnt given me time to actually meet local people and the culture of all these places (wich I regret deeply). So, this is my chance to change all that. Im going to spend New Year in Sydney (and 3 days after that) and then 3 weeks in Thailand.
Im from Santiago-Chile, speak Spanish and English. Im very respectful and adapt well to the situations, places, people, etc. Dont smoke, but have lived all my life surrounded by smokers, so I dont mind.
Im very exited to have lots of experiences like this in my life, this is just the first step! Cant wait to fill my life more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ive been reading this website and the words of all CouchSurfers and I believe this is the most fun way of meeting new people! Id like very much to be part of this community and maybe, when Im ready, return the favor in Santiago and keep on developing my relations with people travelling around the world.

Music! I like almost everything!
All time favourite movies: Pulp Fiction, Big Fish, Inglorious Bastards, Kill Bill (both). Tim Burton's everything, Tarantino's everything, The newest Batmans and the old ones. Fight Club, Norton. Chocolat, Johnny Depp, Amelie, El Secreto de sus Ojos, and bullets, I like when the guy from Taken kills everyone for recovering his daughter. So I pretty much like almost every movie too.
Books, its so embarrassing... Ive being reading the same book *Millenium 3* since April, and before that, I read *Millenium 2* in aproximately 10 months, so... not much of a reader myself, It makes me soooo sleepy!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I expect the most amazing things Ive done is this trip. Before that, Ive been at the South of Chile, in the mountains, being in full contact with our beautiful nature. And the North too... I love my country!
