My Name is Amelie and I'm 21 years old.
I am a med student in Aachen, Germany. I really enjoy my studies but still try to travel, if there is any free time. I would describe myself as an easy going person, who is open to nearly everything.
Besides studying and working I enjoy playing games with friends, doing sports or just having a good talk. I enjoy hearing other people's stories and advices.

My experiences with Couchsurfing (not a lot) were very positive so far and I would love to meet new people.
Because of my studies I am not always able to host someone, but If you send me a message I will try to make it work.

Interests

I like being active and do sports, especially team sports and i love to explore new kind of sports I never tried before.
I really like any kind of games and challenges. I always enjoy being outside no matter if it is snowing or sunny. In Winter I do some snowboarding if I get the chance and in Summer I like to hike up Mountains with friends or with my Dad.

Usually I prefer a house party or a night at the bar more than going out in a club (disco).
And I also enjoy staying home with friends and a glass of wine or reading a book, watching a movie.

Music, Movies, and Books

To pick a song or music in general that I like is very easy as I would say I nearly like everything...pop,rock, metal, rap, jazz.... I don't care :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my travels through Australia I got the chance to do a Skydive and I loved it!! We jumped out of the plane while it was flying over the oceand and then landed on the next beach. I was even able to see some fish and a sea turtle while we were flying through the air. It was so great and I hope to do it again some day.

I really like to learn new things and love to try new stuff but I am not sure if I can teach anything - maybe some German and card games
