I enjoy meeting new people and making friends. It doesn't matter to me if you are a 20+ year old college student or 60+ year old grandparent, there's always something cool about your life that interests me. The difference in culture excites me the most, its a joy hearing others share about their lives and way of living.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am travelling alone for a couple of weeks. Couchsurfing allows me to meet new people in an area, especially the local folks. I'm interested to know where is the best sightseeing place, best food, best shopping, etc. Most importantly, I want to interact with people, and staying over at your place is the best way I can do it.

I'm a nature guy, I enjoy the mountains, forests, lakes and above all, wildlife. Always on the lookout for nature at its best.

Buildings, architecture, city layouts, monuments. I major in civil engineering and great big magnificent structures are the stuff I love to see.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It happened when I was 14. My family planned for a holiday away from home, about a 2 hours flight journey. When I got to the airport, my passport was found to be expired. Well, I missed my flight and my family left without me. In a matter of hours, I had my passport renewed, bought a bus ticket and was on my way out of the country. All alone! I had to alight at the right stop, get to the harbor and hop on a boat to get to my destination. I couldn't have managed any of those had it not for all the different "random" people I met along the way which helped me out. That's how I started enjoying travelling alone.
