Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing because I want to experience the world in an authentic way. Also, I'm going to be a teacher in South Africa, so my situation, and our currency, doesn't allow for hotels. But preferably so, I love meeting new people from different backgrounds with different stories. I'd like to befriend the kind strangers nice enough to accommodate me :)
