Overview
About Me
Passionate researcher, mother of four (two of them still in the house), happily married, love my garden. Our kids travel just for fun, my husband and me like to travel with purpose. We lived three years in Australia for my PhD. My husband works for realizing a school garden project in Mali besides his job. I love exchange visits to other researchers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Got it from our daughter, thought it's a great idea and that I should have I try. During my travels I often experienced great hospitality. I hope to enrich every-day life by giving back a bit of it. I hope to enrich my next stay abroad by some personal contact to someone who knows the place, without expectations of spending much time with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I learned quite some Arab when I travelled through North Africa...and forgot a lot until now.
Teach, Learn, Share
Improve the now rudimentary leftovers from languages I could speak a bit better, Spanish and Arab
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking and eating together? A talk over a glass of wine?
