I like to meet new people, experience new things and all that jazz. I've been living in Crete for the past decade and am shortly moving to Norway to see the fjords, nature and enjoy all that Norway has to offer. After that, I don't know. I can't really host at this point, but I hope to one day!

Why not? It seems like a good community, and I've always wondered how it works -- obviously there's horror stories, but I believe in the natural goodness of man.

Intereses

Reading, writing, travel, socializing, cooking -- and learning new recipes from different cultures. Languages, too, particularly writing systems. I also enjoy discussions regarding religion, politics and sex. The unholy trinity of conversation, but that's why I like it!

Too numerous too mention. My personal hero is Tom Paine (not many other men could claim to have had leading roles in both the American Revolution AND the French revolution AND pissed everyone off by being too radical!)

I like most kinds of music, and don't have a particular favourite, but I do love Cretan music and my favourite artist in this genre is Nikiforos Aerakis, who I have had the pleasure to meet.
