I'm originally from California and just moved out to Boulder, Colorado about a year ago to explore a new part of the country and take advantage of the amazing outdoor community. I was working at a restaurant in Boulder but just recently decided to take some time to travel and will be in touring France, and most likely Switzerland and Italy as well until April.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to spend some time with some locals who know the areas I want to explore and can show me things that I would never find on mine own. As well as just meet some good people and make friends along the way!

Interests

My spare time is generally filled with rock climbing and snowboarding both of which I love. Anything outdoors is time well spent. My time in France is going to be spent in Fontainebleau bouldering, and I hope to climb as well as snowboard in Switzerland as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I definitely gravitate towards electronic music on a daily basis but I have a soft spot for Funk, Soul, and Rock....pretty much everything though. I tend to get really into pretty dramatic movies but love a good comedy. Book wise I usually need a pretty good page turner to get into it one, I definitely wish that I was more of a reader!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the most recent thing that I'm particularly proud of is moving half way across the country by myself. It was a pretty big step for me after I graduated mostly because my whole family lives in California but I felt like I needed a change so I made it happen.
