Hey!

My name is Anthony and I'm currently living in Sydney, Australia.

I play Rugby Union, Soccer (fútbol), Surf and like to keep pretty active!

I'm a go getter. I like to get out and do stuff. You will never find me behind a computer screen on the weekend or spending my afternoons watching TV. I like to get out and see whats out there.

I like to think I'm pretty social and easy going. On weekends I enjoy going out for a drink or two and mingling with locals.

I've done quiet a bit of traveling both independently and in groups and am planning to travel south and central America in 2016!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CouchSurfing for two reasons.

1) To get to know the real side of the cities I travel too. I'd love to get off the Gringo trail and see what life can be like in different countries. I'd like to meet people and just hang out. No expectation that people will be my tour guide, but just to meet and build international relationships!

2) To welcome people to my city and offer my hospitality to travelers looking to save money, explore new areas, or meet new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Spent a few weeks helping at an orphanage in Laos.

* Help run a charity preventing suicide in the surfing community
