I'm an aspiring writer and comedian. I've lived in Brighton for most of my life and love this city and would be happy to help introduce people to it. I've travelled extensively and want to continue to do so.

My main interest is music. I go to as many gigs as possible and listen to a wide range. Although I'm not very musical myself I write lyrics and am learning the banjo.

I also play sports and am a fan of Brighton and Hove Albion. I find this world fascinating and enjoy learning about it through conversation. I have a sense of humour and will happily talk, and listen, about anything. I also like games of all kinds, from board to video.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want a way to travel that encourages socialising and lowers costs. I like meeting new people and what better way to do that then to stay with some. I can't host people at the moment but as soon as I move I will start.

I joined originally because I was following a band (The Burning Hell) on tour. I had a great experience staying with people and would love to repeat it

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked through Myanmar. Including in the back of an open van during the water festival; a festival where everyone throughs water at everyone else, leading to a pretty interesting experience.

I can cook reasonably well and would be happy to help in any way I can around the house. I'm happy to share anecdotes and jokes if you would like to hear any.
