Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel, I spend only enough time at a hotel to catch 7-8 hours sleep, so that's all I need from a couchsurfing host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grabbed a garden hose and helped another neighbor keep a large fire at bay in my neighborhood last week when it took 30 minutes for fire dept to arrive. Also - learning to kayak at age 50 is pretty amazing to those who know me!

Not sure what I'm expected to share, but I can engage in meaningful conversation with hosts on a wide variety of topics or teach them to play one simple song on a piano or any string instrument. :)
