Back in Ireland but going to keep my old profile for the wonderful memories! Thankfully my mentality hasn't changed either since I returned to the real world after my travels. It was the best time of my life and I still love meeting international people. I am actually living with a spaniard and italien so sometimes I still feel like I am travelling cuando estamos hablando español! Unfortunately our apartment is too small to host guests. Some day I will be living in a big enough accommodation to host you all!

New to Couch surfing but I've done three Helpx experiences in Blueberry Hill Farm, Ireland, Doggy Days, Switzerland and Villa Leonor, Brazil. Looking forward to a new experience and meeting more lovely, interesting people!

A brief history....In July 2014 I returned to Ireland after 2 years teaching English in the UAE (I will never go back there again but a great opportunity to travel and I am more grateful than ever for the life I've been given, rant over!). I wasn't sure whether to go back to university, find a real job, settle down.....but then I just realised that I'm not ready for that yet and when else will I have the opportunity to just go so....here I am in South America!

I hope to travel/work/live/helpx/couchsurf/volunteer/EXPERIENCE for the next year. I've no set itinerary just ask fellow travellers and locals for their recommendations and see what happens. The benefit of having time!

Zainteresowania

Sports: I chop and change from team sports (Gaelic football and hurling) to hiking, rock climbing, running, skiing but I'm not fussy once I'm outside!

Animals: dogs. My family has two Bicheon Bolonaise at home but we have also had a Golden Retriever, German Sheppard and Collie. If I finally settle down somewhere it will be the fist thing I do, get a dog!

Music: playing (piano, flute, tin whistle) listening (anything!)
