I am traveling from Brooklyn New York though I am originally from Miami Florida /raised in New Jersey. While home I am a Pastry Chef by day specializing in vegan desserts though I am an extreme butter lover and bake non vegan goods in my spare time. Personally pies are an obsession of mine. Evenings I've worked at various locations as a savory cook. I am currently in the planning stages of of my first Bakery and using my time traveling to explore international cuisine and baked goods getting inspiration from location designs and atmosphere.

I am also an artist and spoken word poet. I've been able to get a few paintings done while abroad but I've been really fortunate to have found so much creative community outside of the US to share my poetry with. Theres just been so much love in every new space I have visited

I am a spiritual individual, a bit quiet by nature, always keeping an eye out for lifes signs and new energies to connect with. I have a funny sense of humor , a bit quirky , down to earth and relaxed.
