Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CS because i'm hungry for new things. I like to explore new citys by myself, but it's much more beautiful if you have the chance to meet people who can tell or show you something from the 1st hand. You have someone to eat with, you get the feeling of living there and not just walking around like every other tourist. If you can have friends from all over the world, what is the reason for not beeing here?

Interests

Reading a lot of books of almost every genre. Good movies, music of course... I love to go to concerts, i do it whenever some good band plays and it's possible. If it's one of my favourite bands, i travel to adore them. ;-) That's something why i got into travelling, i really like it now.
I'm not so the party girl, but once every 1-2 month i have to shake my body somewhere :-P I'm also interested in culture, especially in other citys. I like ballet, opera and i really want to see a musical (it never happens until now). I like the time with my friends, do stuff together, do nothing together but i also need time for myself, that's very important.
I love sleep. I love food.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: everything that's harder. Mostly metal, but also some rock, gothic, industrial and so on... Favs: Fields of the Nephilim, Kiss, Opeth, Scar Symmetry, And One, and and and... But also classical stuff, oldies, 1-2 songs from the radio if they are really good. I'm open for other things especially if they fit in some mood like a smokey jazz bar, bossa nova in the night on the beach side or something you can dance to if you go out. But no "gangsters" and hardcore hip hop "i fuck your mother" bitches, please.
I read almost everything, but especially fantasy, thriller/crimi, horror (Stephen King!!!) and in beetween girls books (lovestorys with happy end) :) or something to cry, ooor something to laugh.
Movies... hm almost the same like books, but not as much as books. I can't afford everything, but if you have a good movie, i'm always willing so watch it. (also in the cinema :D)
