Mmmm... yeah. My name is Ángela and I'm a student. Yep. I'm studing arts, concretely now, musical theatre... I'm a bit noisy, or so they said, and full of energy. I have to be always moving around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I starting to use it this year, because of my Erasmus, and I found out that is really usefull and interesting have the e chance of visit any place in the world and meet a lot of people of that part of the world who can show you the real life of them at the same time, just through the other people's and your own hospitality (and actually I think that nowadays the world need more and more hospitality).
Also, I really like when people come to my town or places that I know and guide them around, and show them my favorite places and interesting stuff that it's out of the typical tourists tours. For me it's really exiting to see their reactions and listen their opinions and stories: it always gives you another point of view about the place where you live!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Joanna Newsom and Agnes Obel are holy stuff for me.
Bach, Beethoven, Schubert, Malher, Satie and Rajmaninov... also.
La Bayadere, Winter Dreams, Giselle and Petrushka make me weak (ballets).
I have spent a lot of time without read poetry or novels, but I can say that Frankenstein is my favourite novel (God bless Mary Shelly), and I'm Rilke and Pessoa steal my heart.
Theatre... Ionesco, Aristofanes, McDonnagh, Valle-Inclán, Calderón, Chekhov... like a normal person... but I'm sorry if someone doesn't agree, my favourite is Ibsen and his great Hedda Gabler.
I like also stupid TV shows when I have nothing to do, like reality shows and those things. Then.... GoT, Downton Abbey, Peaky Blinders, Futurama... anime...
And talking about films, I prefer animation (Pixar and Ghibli), but I'm open to everything.

I really don't like to teach anything because I'm always scared about do it in the wrong way or something. So don't force me, just try to seem interested about the topic and I gonna teach your anything that you can find interesting of my little knowledge.
