Hi everyone! I'm Lena, 24, a psychology student from Germany and I'm living in a shared flat with 5 other people which I appreciate a lot. I am about to finish my Master in Psychology and I am traveling in Peru for 5 weeks afterwards. I am looking forward to it so much! I want to get to know Peru, the country and the people, improve my Spanish and just make a whole lot of new experiences.
In general, I just like traveling a lot. I have done couch surfing when I visited Paris about two years ago, which was a very nice experience, I appreciated a lot. I have also studied in Istanbul, Turkey for one semester and I have been hiking in Spain for three weeks last year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I really like the concept of being able to see a city through the eyes of someone who actually lives there, getting to know their culture and their way of living, being their guest for some time and sharing the same experience with people who come to stay at your own place in return.
listening to and discovering music, dancing, theater, movies, art, being in the nature, at the sea and in big cities, nightlife, photography, languages, learning to play cello, sustainability.
Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to alternative, indie, pop, rock, I also really love soul and from time to time some kind of electro.
I am a big fan of independent movies, I recently watched "Call me by your name" and I loved it.
Right now, I am reading Shakespeare's A summer night's dream for the first time and find it very entertaining.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking part of the lycian way in Turkey.
