About Me

I'm a PhD Student at the University of Buenos Aires.

I'm a sports enthusiast too. LOVE above all FOOTBALL and Lionel Messi. I practice any sport i can get myself into (rugby, basket, golf, swimming, tennis, ping pong) and would love to learn about new ones and different ones practiced in different parts of the world.

Huge fan of TV series: Game of Thrones, House Of cards, Breaking Bad, Suits, etc

Personally i'm very chatty once i get to know someone, like to cook and learn about it (though not always so good doing it).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a PhD student, my visions of the world tend to get narrow and particularly linear, so travelling is my way of trying to expand my perspectives by meeting new people and specially natural paradises. Ive hiked across the argentine Patagonia discovering amazing views and Brazil's southern beaches, all of which made me realize that what i liked the most was nature and its amazing beauty.

Music, Movies, and Books

Argentine Rock
English-spoken Rock (led zeppelin, AC/DC, credence clearwater, queen, van halen, etc)
Classical music (chopin mainly)

Movies: Dead poet society, Men of Honor, Scent of a woman, The godfather, Nueve Reinas.

Books: love biographies of great people like Einstein and Steve Jobs. I like to read academic books about new topics i am not familiar with like economics or politics to learn. Also into Fiction books (not a great knower of classic literature if you're looking to talk about TS Eliot or Tolstoi)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was very proud the day i accomplished the crossing to Chile through the province of Mendoza in Argentina, going through a mountain pass called "Paso de los piuquenes" where a Southamerican Hero like Jose de San Martin crossed towards chile, climbing in the way to nearly 4500mts above sea level (got kinda sick in the way but finish it nonetheless). Thats when i decided i loved nature and travelling through it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Sports debates, Southamerican socio-economical situation (if you're into politics/international affaires), traditional Argentine foods like barbecue, empanadas, Carbonada...

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil, Chile, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In
