I'm currently a grad student at the University of Costa Rica. I'm in their master's program in English Literature. I also work full time in the HR department at Sykes Costa Rica.

I love to travel. I want nothing more than to see the world, and meet amazing people while doing so.

Interests

Literature, of course. I really like 19th century Gothic lit, 20th century Sci-fi and fantasy, comparative lit, and cultural and gender studies.
I'm a huge video game fan, as well. My DS is my best travel buddy.

I love alternative and indie rock and pop. I also like classic 70s, 80's and 90's music, and anything nowadays with a catchy tune and good lyrics.
My favorite movies are dark, smart comedies like Christopher Guest movies. I also love (almost) anything related to superheroes.
My favorite writers are JK Rowling, Neil Gaiman, Kurt Vonnegut, Christopher Rice and Roald Dahl.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning about new cultures and lifestyles to put my own life into perspective. I'm fascinated by people's life stories and experiences.
I love to teach people about my own country and culture, especially when it comes to breaking stereotypes of Latin American countries.
