About Me

21 years old, student-athlete playing soccer and studying at Wheeling Jesuit University, WV, USA. I love travelling, languages, meeting new people and learning as much as I can about new cultures.

I am currently thinking about having a gap year after I finish my studies to travel to as many places as I can in the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I strongly believe that if there is something that makes you a better person and allows you to know yourself better is travelling and experiencing new places and people on your own. I am trying to figure out what I want to do with my life, and travelling could not only be a great opportunity for me to grow as a person, but also to see new ideas on what could I do for a job in the future.

Interests

Football (the real, not the American - No offense ), reading, listening to music, eating, dancing, TRAVELLING, meeting new people... anything can be interesting to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: All kinds; depends on the situation. I particularly enjoy listening to soundtracks from movies and Celtic music when I am trying to relax.

Movies: Big Fish, Seven, Life is Wonderful, Batman, City of God, Gladiator, Into the Wild... I simply love movies.

Books: Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Eragon, El Codigo del Dinero etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

this is very subjective, but I am willing to find out what the future awaits.

Teach, Learn, Share

The same way I enjoy learning about other cultures, I feel very rooted to my home place, The Basque Country. I love sharing my knowledge about my culture since few people know about it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A positive attitude, willingness to cooperate in what is needed while my stay, my culture, my experiences from traveling and from studying abroad, my experience as a football player in high level competition in Spain and the US etc.

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Belgium, Cuba, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Spain, United States
