Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I has been using couchsurfing since 2007, visiting over 40 countries around the globes just using couchsurfing, I found the love of my life during this experience, I did have to stop for awhile due to the changing in my lifestyle but now and somehow I want to return the help that I receive from other host during this time , beside , will provide me with a incredibly rewarding (I do believe this) meeting people from so many different cultures, learning about their countries, are just some of the reasons for being here, such an enriching experience, not to mention making lifelong friends from hugely interesting destinations! Being able to share my culture with others is also extremely valuable to me.

Interests

Even though technology is usually where my heart is, I do try and involve myself with other activities. I love learning and enjoying life. My family is important to me and I try and make it out to Aruba in the summer to see my sisters and nephew.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have finally made my "bucket list" , where one of my line is to help a completely stranger . I started to look for this person and even I did few small things for some people I was still feeling the help I give was not enough to check this task as done. Until... The right person came to me... Someone I just met with so many problems (food, accommodation, poor language communication, medicine, cloths.. etc) even though I have to admit that sometimes was hard to watch someone taking all the help possible without even say "thank you", "yes please" in the end I manage to fulfill my task and this experience brought out a new self in me. Now I can say: there is not impossible to be nice and do good to others even when they don't deserve it/appreciate.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think i am good in teaching, specially , I also want to learn new languages like French, Italian, and >Portuguese, and also want to learn more about the Vegetarian lifestyle. I love to share and talk about good movies and books.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I understand , couchsurfing is about to provide a place to sleep but I will not mind to share food as well when my guest are willing to share the expensive.
