I am a 23-year old Hospitality Management student from Finland.

At first I might seem a bit shy and introvert but if you give me some time to get comfortable you will make a very good friend of me and i'm sure you'll enjoy having me as a guest. I have great sense of humor but I also often find myself laughing at stupid animal videos and the worst jokes.

I'm keen to meet new people, have a drink or two, have a fundamental discussion about life and everything else. Or we can just hangout and make stupid jokes. Or we can go for a hike, rent a car/bike/scooter and go where ever. I am really up for anything and looking for new wonderful experiences.

I'm very easy going, don't take life too seriously, always up for an adventure!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite type of music is definitely rock music. Bands I listen to include Billy Talent (def favorite!), Papa Roach, Slipknot, System of a Down, The Offspring, Anti-Flag, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Linkin Park... And obviously many Finnish bands no one has ever heard of. I also enjoy the classics of rock and few bands from other genres. Whatever the genre though, music is always good, especially live, and I am able to enjoy it fully and make a party happen!

I don't watch movies that much anymore. Good TV-series have taken their place. My favorite shows are Peaky Blinders, Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, Brooklyn 99, How I Met Your Mother, Skins... Just to mention few!

But when I DO watch movies they're often horror movies. But a good comedy is always a good comedy. I like movies with a catchy plot, nothing too shallow or mind numbing. There has to be something that hooks you!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent one summer in Australia just by myself! Had an internship there, after that I traveled down the East Coast. Amazing, best summer of my life!

You also might learn to speak a little of the world's most difficult language, Finnish! I can tell you stories about the Summers back in Finland when the sun doesn't set at all or the cold, dark and snowy winters, Northern lights and how there are no polar bears in Finland. I come from such a distinct place that I'm sure we will share and discuss some cultural differences with each other.
