I've recently been traveling for six months through India, Sri Lanka, south east Asia and Japan all on my way to try have a go at this living in the northern hemisphere thing, Canada to be precise.

Before the almighty trip I had been working in Melbourne as a chef for the last three years, therefore I'm naturally inclined to enjoy a beer or five.
