I'm travelling by bicycle from Houston to Seattle and then to who knows where.
It's a challenging adventure but it all culminates with connecting with my neighbors. My fellow human beings.
I am ultimately looking for a new town to call home and the best way that I can discover it is by opening myself to experience life with the locals. Not as a tourist.
As my bicycle gets me closer to the west coast, I will be slowing down. I've had several missed opportunities with couchsurfing hosts because I was back on my bicycle heading away by the time they got my message and I sincerely want to change that.

About me:
I have embraced the fact that I am a hippy. I am not crunchy granola because I believe technology is awesome and would elevate humanity to unbelievable height if we just figured out a way to stop being so Damn destructive in the process.
I'm a musician and a painter/ artist but my bohemian lifestyle limits my supply. My dream is to find a like-minded community I can call family and then be an open door for all my traveling brothers and sisters. But I have to surf many couches in order to get there.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Myself
I have been fortunate to experience an awakening and from it I hope to help others light their own candles.
I play guitar and sing. Create music and art/drawings and have aspired for years to do stand up comedy because just after my awakening 10 years ago, I saw the efficiency of spreading truth through the art form of stand-up. I even performed stand-up for several months while living in Austin. ( I seemed to get pretty good responses with my material, but stand-up is a very difficult world to break into. . .takes a whole lot of time to establish yourself. Sometimes years)
