I am an open-minded and relaxed student from Bonn who is in love with the world and its nature.
I finished my Bachelor in English Studies and Media and I'm going to start another Bachelor in October, Geography and English on teachers degree.
Going abroad to other cities and countries is one of my favourite things to do as I think that there is nothing more precious and valuable than exploring the planet we live on. As I cannot always afford travelling - either because of money or a lack of time or both - I do have several other hobbies. I am very keen on sports, no matter if I am good at it or not. I love tennis, cycling, inline skating, jogging, hiking surfing and like to experience any other kinds of sports.
I love sharing stories, getting to know knew people and do ordinary stuff like going to a bar, cinema, restaurants, for a walk, cooking evenings etc. But I especially enjoy being outside with my friends - cycling, swimming, skating, walking, meeting for picknicks....Nevertheless I do need some quite time on my own sometimes to relax, reading, listening to music, crafting, drawing or redesigning my room and flat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Experiencing and cities, cultures, landscapes and people is the reason why I joined the couchsurfing community.
I'm not a big fan of staying in hotels or unpersonal accomandations but prefer camping, staying in hostels or with friends. As I do not have friends in all places all over the world and hoping to make new friends on my trips, I'd love to stay with locals to get to know real life in the place I visit. Of course I do visit the typical touristic sights but I definitely want to dive deeper in the city's and landscape's atmosphere by staying with locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my travels through Canada I met two amazing people and spontaneously went on a road trip with them on Vancouver Island for a week,24/7 - without knowing each other at all. It was the best time of my entire trip and we became good friends. Who's meant to meet, will meet. No matter where, when and under which circumstances.
