He is Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) He holds a Master’s degree in Legal Studies and HR Management and a bachelor degree in Private Law. He is fluent in English & French. He’s been working for several years in France and USA in companies and law firm as Corporate Attorney. His main responsibilities were focused on engineering compliance with both labor law and corporate law, handling litigations as well as resolving disputes. For instance, he handled numerous litigations directed to the international and national jurisdictions, He restructured the company. He drafted contracts, pleadings, agreements, coordinated, corrected and validated pleadings drafted by the company’s attorneys. He earned and saved time and money for his employers. He reduced employee absenteeism and turnover. He fostered business productivity and employee performance.
