I live in Naas, Ireland with my wife and two sons, a dog and a cat! I really enjoy cycle-touring for the opportunities to meet new people, see things at a slow pace and eat lots of food! I have bike-toured twice with my wife and son in a trailer:
- Roscoff to Belle-Ile-en-Mer in 2017
- Bilbao to Santiago in 2014
which were very enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to more tours now that our kids are a little bit older.

I have been a scout-leader for 4 years, and enjoy camping, mountaineering and the outdoors.
I work as a GIS and data analyst for Dublin Fire Brigade, am an avid R and Python fan as well as anything open source!
