Life isn't short, but it goes by fast. So make sure you do everything to be happy & enjoy this life.

Currently I'm in Cebu, Philippines and traveling around the Philippines and plan on going to Thailand this Feb 2017.

I'm 25 years old. Born and raised and currently residing in San Diego, CA USA. But spent some of my childhood in Seoul, South Korea for 3 years, and recently in Cebu, Philippines for the past 6 years of my life as well.

I am full Filipino descent, although people say I looking nothing Filipino. I usually get EVERYTHING else but Filipino. From: Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Samoan, and Caucasian.

I am a BSN graduate & also a registered nurse.
I love a lot of things. From motivational speaking, emergency rescue training, Zumba dancing, cooking & eating, anything physical like basketball.

I am a cancer survivor. Was diagnosed with Stage 1 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma during my senior year of college. Underwent 6 cycles of chemo and several surgeries. Went through the whole thing with and just told and told myself it was an experience. Got through it & 9 months later I'm a living miracle. Family, friends, and even my nurses & doctor were shocked how quickly I healed and handled treatments.

I put my trust in God and stayed positive, I think that was the secret.

Now I know one thing is for sure like i already said, life goes by fast. It's been 25 years. Before I know it I'll be working for the next 30 years and BOOM, that's it? That's the American Dream?

I will and I am enjoying this 2nd life that has been given to me. Live simply and humbly. Travel and see the world while I still can. And make friends and memories along the way. I've always been fond of the simple life & seeing new places and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel and see the world through the eyes of locals. I know what it's like to be a local & a tourist. And I totally appreciate those friends & relatives who helped me before while traveling, it makes all the difference. And I think CS is a great way to meet new people, make new friends, & travel like a local with new found knowledge/guidance.
