About Me

Student of international relations and exploring the world as often as money and time allows me to do so. Friends say I'm a nice guy and great to hang out with, and they're very trustworthy!
I just love to hang around with people from all over the world and get to know their opinions and stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

Grew up with blink-182 and since then big follower of them and any other related band, like angels and airwaves. Billy talent is great, fall out boy, too. Can't go wrong with them.
As being a German my heart is also beating for some good German Schlager party music, which you might not know, but I can assure it is amazing!
Besides that, name me any type of Brazilian music and I'll like it 100%.

Well, about movies: I'm rather the Netflix human. Breaking Bad, House of Cards, you name it! Nevertheless, one of my favorite movies is surely Django Unchained.
Im currently reading World Order by Henry Kissinger, I think every IR student and politicians should at least scan the book, great stuff in there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably studying in Brazil for half a year, barely speaking Portuguese and choosing 3/4 of my classes in Portuguese. I'd rather say that's more crazy than amazing, but hey

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a lot of experiences of my recent travels and how it is like to live for longer periods of time in foreign and unknown countries, sometimes even without any knowledge of the respective native language. If you're interested in anything which in currently going on in Germany, I might be a good guy to ask and I'll hopefully give you some great insight. In any case, I'll always say yes to a good beer, wine or local specialities and share a nice and open conversation.
