One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had a pretty colorful life, I'll have to think on that. But recently, I walked past a bull that was blocking my path. He even started to challenge me by stomping his foot..and I still is proceeded.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm working on improving my surfing and learning to cook gluten-free vegan(I'm not vegan, or gluten-free but trying to move into that direction). I'm continuing to lean mindfulness, meditation and being in the present moment.
